Mark is a member of the Bar of England and Wales and prior to qualifying as a Barrister, Mark was the Deputy Head of Interpol UK, and a senior investigative officer for NCIS/UK Law Enforcement, dealing with high profile and complex crime.
Mark brings a wealth of experience, in particular, experience of the Colombian legal system.
Since 2009, Mark has been working in Colombia, currently being based in the Colombian Attorney Generals Office, creating units whom investigate and determine prosecution strategies for Crimes against Humanity, Public Corruption, and Organised Crime.
Mark has a wealth of experience at all levels of the legal system, and is a welcome addition to the group; further bolstering the groups’ ability to assist clients at all levels.
